- Support the origination and execution of investment banking
transaction mandates for large-cap corporate clients in the
Consumer and Retail (C&R) and Healthcare (HC) sectors,
including capital markets processes, for Loans, Bonds, and Bridge
financings.
- Coordinate with analysts and associates on client coverage,
origination, and transaction execution teams.
- Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality
agreements, and other documents related to investment banking
transactions.
- Help execute business deals, and function as the key point of
contact for the group, communicating with deal team members and
clients, including industry groups, syndicate/sales professionals,
corporate executives, private equity clients, and bank/bond
investors.
- Participate in the Leverage Finance Committee approval process,
including due diligence, credit analysis, and communication with
the Risk team.
- Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions.
- Conduct research using Bloomberg, Moody's, S&P, and other
financial databases to analyze market data and competitive
dynamics.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare materials for clients in
connection with financing transactions.
- Prepare and review client presentation materials, internal
approval memos, and marketing documents including roadshow
materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency
presentations to execute transactions.
- Prepare and review financial analysis, including detailed
valuation analysis, LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion
and dilution, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts
analysis in the C&R/HC sectors, including capital markets
processes, for Loans, Bonds, and Bridge financings.
- Review engagement letters, confidential agreements, and other
documents related to investment banking transactions.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from
the worksite.Required Skills & Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business
Administration or related; and
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance
occupation.
- Must include 3 years of experience in each of the
following:
- Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions;
- Conducting research using Bloomberg, Moody's, S&P, and
other financial databases to analyze market data and competitive
dynamics;
- Conducting due diligence and preparing materials for clients in
connection with financing transactions;
- Preparing client presentation materials, internal approval
memos, and marketing documents including roadshow materials,
confidential information memorandums, and rating agency
presentations to execute transactions;
- Prepare financial analysis, including detailed valuation
analysis, LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and
dilution, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis

- In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's
degree and 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
