This role is part of the leadership team for the MongoDB Education
Engineering Department, which includes the MongoDB Documentation
platform team, MongoDB University (online learning) platform team,
and Education AI team. The charter of MongoDB Education is to get
millions of people to learn MongoDB. We view learning as a
multidimensional journey as different people learn differently and
we want to reach learners where they are and with their learning
preference. We offer multiple learning experiences today including
"read it", "watch it", "try it", "achieve it" and now "ask it"
using AI technology.
In this role, you will lead the Documentation Platform Engineering
team. The Documentation Platform delivers 60M page views a year and
is critical to our users' understanding of MongoDB products. You
will manage a team of engineers who bring in the "best of class"
technologies into our infrastructures, integrate them and also
develop apps/extensions to meet our learning vision and needs.
This role can be based out of one of our offices in Canada or the
USA, or remotely in Canada or the USA.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and
based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience,
qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's
total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for
eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the
employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks
fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption
