Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to optimize and
ensure accuracy of internal HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including
recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Assist in the development of job descriptions, manage recruitment
processes, and coordinate onboarding activities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and track employee
recognition programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
General knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and strategies
Experience working with and maintaining databases preferred
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
