Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring supplier files are current and that our eQMS is updated with the addition of files (audit reports, surveys, certifications)
Request compliance documents (surveys and certifications) from suppliers
Navigate and update Excel based on trackers, comparing data sets against other documentation


Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, HSD required
Strong administrative and data management skills
Strong Microsoft suite skills (specifically Excel - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, data analysis)
Experience with Product Life Management systems and software
Understanding of relevant regulatory standards (including, but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22000) and compliance requirements related to supplier quality and product safety, with the ability to ensure that supplier practices align with regulatory expectations and company policies
Ability to communicate clearly, work with cross-functional teams, and manage time efficiently
